Initially, when I closed my eyes, the muscle in my left shoulder rippled, and I had a muscle spasm in my left leg. I felt pain in all of the toes on my left foot. As I relaxed, I saw the color purple throughout, coming and going, together with the colors orange and yellow. My stomach slowly relaxed, and the ache in my left side eased. I was interrupted halfway through by messages on my phone. At some point, I was talking to you in my head, asking if you could see the purple color that I was seeing. As I relaxed, the soreness in my joints eased. Recently, I have had sensitivity in both palms, with a constant sensation similar to itching, which has eased a bit.

I have been to Katy for a couple of healing sessions. It was a beautiful experience both times. Katy has a special way about her, which helps her client to thoroughly relax. Katy is completely connected to Spirit and her guides.

I had an amazing experience during my energy healing session. The atmosphere was so relaxing and calm. We started with sage, and I picked a card that represented me, which I felt was very true.
I didn’t know what to expect from this session, as I had never done this before, so I went into it with a neutral mindset. I kept my eyes closed when the energy healing began. I could feel the energy and all of these sensations in my head. To me, it felt like there was a bubble that Katy was moving in a gentle, beneficial way.
Even with my eyes closed, I could see colors and changes in light. I didn’t really know what to focus my mind on, but I experienced different feelings, with clarity and calm being the main ones. I felt sad at one stage, but this passed, and I felt clear again.
I really took a lot from this experience, and I will definitely be doing it again in the future. Katy was so good and made me feel comfortable, allowing me to fully experience the energy.

I can’t remember the experience I had properly, but it was good. I arrived feeling anxious, and immediately—halfway through the session—I felt a sense of relief. I felt some of the tension leaving my body. I felt immense heat around my feet, helping me to ground. It definitely felt like an ancient sacred ceremony, a remembrance of what our souls have experienced before in many past lives. Feeling a realignment and seeing the golden light so bright at the end of the healing was confirmation. We also witnessed changes in the outside world immediately.
