My history
I’m Katherine Guana Barros, also known as Katy. Originally from Ecuador, I have lived in Spain, England, and now Ireland. My professional background is in Social Work, which led me to understand the importance of wellbeing and human connection. Over a decade ago, life experiences guided me toward holistic therapies and inner healing, opening a new path for personal and professional growth.
My journey began in Spain when, in a moment of intention, I said, “I want to heal myself.” That same day, I discovered a nearby Reiki school and the call I made changed my life. Since then, I have trained extensively, becoming a Reiki Master at Asociación de Terapias Alternativas El Roble, a Rahanni Celestial Healing Practitioner & Teacher at Pathway Teaching School, and learning from a Q’ero priest and Andean Shaman from Peru at KawsayPacha School, where I was initiated as a Shamanic Priestess Healer.
Inspired by my own transformation, I created SourceField Reprogramming™ (SFR), a healing methodology that combines intuitive and extrasensory abilities, sacred Reiki symbols with shamanic practices to access individual, ancestral, and collective energy fields. By clearing imbalances and restoring the original source blueprint, SFR supports personal healing and contributes to collective wellbeing.
I also developed Rebirthing, a wellness program des8igned to empower people to achieve their goals, unlock their potential, and experience deep transformative healing. I have led workshops in SourceField Reprogramming™, including group meditation and Intuitive Reiki Shamanic healing circles, and have led Rahanni Celestial Healing workshops in Spain, witnessing firsthand the incredible power of collective energy and community support.
Beyond healing, I am an artisan, creating handmade macramé pieces imbued with intention, and I bring unique handmade products from South America. As a writer and channeler, I share wisdom, hope, and inspiration through my social media.
My values
