• Month 2: Review progress, apply tailored techniques, and receive another guided energy healing session. Duration: 60 min
• Month 3 – “Rebirthing”: Evaluate your journey, integrate new energetic patterns, and participate in a Rebirthing ceremony if it is possible in nature after receiving an energy healing session. Duration: 90min max.

Important: Sessions are held in person or remotely, and the programme can be scheduled monthly or every two weeks depending on your needs and desires, this programme is all about you!
